Mom's BBQ chicken

Wing drummettes- 3-4 lbs maybe
salt and pepper and garlic powder (to taste)
Louisiana hot sauce
mad brown sugar
sweet baby ray's (the Sauce is Boss!)
chopped onion & green pppper,

Preheat oven to 500F. Combine ingredients in a suitable baking dish; stir thoroughly.
Put in oven, bake at 400F for one hour. After one hour, turn it up to 450F. Bake for 30 minutes. Stir. Turn up to 500F. Bake for 30 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from oven, let cool.
